On our way to and from the Feed today, we stopped into the party store. We usually stop in here after the Feed. There's a nice couple who run the store and their cute, but not so friendly Cocker Spaniel, Buddy. I've tried to get him to like me, but so far all he does is growl at me. His name may be Buddy, but we're not buds yet.
Today, however, he wasn't there. Too bad, because while she was busy looking at and trying on Halloween costumes, I got to play with Buddy's toys. Yes, he has a hedgie like I have, but he also has pig's ear, which I don't have. She could have tried on every costume in the store, I didn't care, I had the ear, and that's all I needed.
